Sweet and delicious flavor of banana, fluffy and soft cakes.. served in a beautiful and moth watering cups, do try it!
Time to Prepare : 30 min | Serves : 6 (Well.. I alone can eat all of them :P)
- All purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup
- Ripened Bananas – 3
- Cooking oil – 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Baking Powder – 1 table spoon
- Baking soda – 1/4 table spoon
- Badam(almond) for garnishing
Step 1: Sift Maida and baking powder to get a fine mixture. Add powdered sugar to the mixture.
Step 2: Grind bananas and oil to get a semi-liquid mixture.
Step 3: Add the semi liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir well to make the cake batter, ensure there are no lumps in the batter. Add baking soda and mix lightly and keep aside the batter.
Step 4: Preheat the airfyer/ oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5: Insert cup cake cover in the moulds(optional) and grease cup cake moulds with oil. Add the batter into the moulds.
Step 6: Grind almonds(badam) to get granules of almonds. Garnish it on the batter.
Step 7: Cook in the airfryer/oven at 200°C for 10- 15 min. Remove from oven and let it cool down for 5min.
