Pizza in Disguise! that says it all!

Time to Prepare : 45Min | Serves : 3

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour : 1 Cup
Cheese : 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Cabbage : 250 gm
Sweet Corn : 3/4 cup (Boiled)
Capsicum : 1 (big sized)
Cooking Oil : 5  table spoon
Ginger-Green Chilli paste : 3 – 4 table spoon
Oregano : for taste(optional)
Salt  : for taste

Preparation Method:

Step 1 : Take wheat flour in a bowl, add little oil and a pinch of salt. Add water and knead well to make roti dough. Rest it aside for 25min.
Step 2: Heat a pan, add 3 table spoon oil and add finely chopped cabbage and capsicum to it. Stir and close the lid of the pan. Cook for 5-7 min until the vegetables are cooked well.
Step 3: Add ginger-chilli paste and oregano and stir well. Then add cheese and stir until cheese melts completely and mixes evenly(takes 3min appx)
Step 4: Next add boiled sweet corn and salt for taste and mix well. Cook for 2 –  3 min. Remove pan from stove and let it cool for few minutes.
Step 5: Take the dough and divide it into 6 portions. Roll the oil-studded roti into round shape and roll 6 rotis.
Step 6 : Take one roti, add a spoonful of vegetable mixture and spread it evenly on the roti. Now put an other roti on top the spread and seal it at the edges. Ensure that the stuffing does not overflow.
Step 7: Take a roti pan and cook the stuffed roti on both the sides, applying oil until it turns golden.
Step 8 :Repeat steps 6 and 7 for other rolled rotis.

Cheeseria is ready serve! cut them into slices and serve hot with tomato ketchup!
